Anyway, about an hour or so later she came back with the newlyweds and one tiny little pink CareBear and announced that they had just returned from China with their new baby!!! The new parents were suffering from the usual jet lag and new baby nerves, but other than that the new addition was promptly named "Princess Pink" and all is right with the world!! Mother, Father and baby are doing fine...so is Aunt Aly...thanks for asking. :-)
And so I introduce to you...Sissy, Xue Lian and their new baby Princess Pink...
The funny thing is that during Lili's birthday party (which I have yet to post pictures of...sorry!!), Aunt Aly came to tell me that Sissy and Xue Lian were finishing up their paperwork to adopt Princess Pink's twin sister. She said that they hoped to travel back to China very soon to get her...her name is Dora!! They were waiting on their referral picture. Sometime right about when we were ready to cut the cake for Lili's party, Aly showed up with Dora's referral picture. it had just arrived from China! Without further adieu...I present Dora!
A few days later (apparently China has WAY decreased it's time frames...not only wait times, but time between referral and travel!!) we were informed that Sissy and Xue Lian would be getting on a plane early the next morning to go get Dora. (Did I tell you that Dora and Princess Pink are twins??) Anyway, everyone is home now...one big happy family.
Here they are...
Now a few words from Aunt Aly...
Hello everyone. Sometimes I like to pretend I am a Mother or an Aunt with my stuffed animals. I like to do things with my dolls and I like to pretend Xue Lian and Sissy adopt real babies from China. They now have two. One is named Princess Pink and the other is named Dora. I like to play with them a lot, most of the time, everyday! I love my friends and stuffed animals and I like to play with them everyday sometimes. I like my animals to adopt babies because it is really important to adopt! Everyone should do it!!
I love Xue Lian and I love Sissy and Princess Pink and now I really love Dora too!
Thanks for stopping by to follow our adoption. Maybe we will adopt some more kids very soon. I like to pretend that they are adopting!
Love,
Aly
